The seventh session of the Sixth Plenary Session, culture is the spiritual home of the people, which is the lifeblood of the nation. The great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation must be accompanied by the prosperity of the Chinese culture, to be more conscious, more proactive promote the cultural prosperity and development. Culture and political economy interact with each other more and more prominent position and role in today’s world competition of comprehensive national strength. Cultural forces that are deeply rooted in the national cohesion vitality and creativity. Strengthen the cultural construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics, has a particularly important strategic significance.British Marxist scholars decades of analysis and explore the cultural phenomenon of the Western developed capitalist formed with British characteristics of the Marxist theory of cultural criticism.
