Research On China’s Image Of Chinese Popular Songs

Popular songs are an interesting research topics comparatively. Popular songs of Chinese mainland about date from1920s on the beach of Shanghai. They developed by absorbing elements of western popular songs,inheriting minor and drama of Chinese traditional folk. But the real revival and prosperity phase in mainland date from the late of1970s. It is about40years up to now.Because the time of the real revival and prosperity of popular songs is very short. The contents of research on popular songs from Sociology, linguistics and aesthetics is not much.There is little research from psychology and public opinion. So, this article roughly comb the classic popular songs of the late of1980s and discuss based on these popular songs and make an attempt to study intensively on popular songs after Mainland reform and opening up from the point of view of psychology and public opinion.analyse the evolution of popular songs, focusing on interepretion of the changes of public mental, analyze and grasp the interactive relationship between the changes of public mental and social changes,better guide the public by providing several advices of guidance of public opinion from the point of view of the direction of public opinion as much as possible.Chapter one."the introduction of popular songs and its research significance."As the beginning of this article, it mainly introduce the significance of popular songs,which is an important cultural phenomenon in our life. Especially.popular songs carry psychological status and aesthetic tastes of the public in a certain period of time.Popular songs are the direct art form of the masses to express themselves in the period of social transformation particularly. So, popular music can express a certain degree of social awareness and subconsciousness.The definition of popular music varies.We have the definition of the popular songs or music of this article from the point of the content and structure in a broad and narrow sense. The popular songs of the late of1980s is our research content in the scope of the study, which is a typical specimen.The time of the real revival of popular songs of Chinese mainland is about the early1980s. So.though the research of popular songs of Chinese mainland is attached importance to, it is in contrast lagged behind. Literature review mainly introduce the overall analysis and evaluation of popular songs of Chinese mainland, relationship between popular songs, public mental and aesthetic psychology reflected by popular songs, style classification of popular songs, entry point for public opinion to guide in public mental,etc.Chapter two:"Chinese state of mind of popular songs in the late of1980s."This chapter, which is the core content of the article, mainly introduce the real symbol of the rise of popular songs in Mainland China, further development of popular music in popular song circle of mainland, the background of popular music in mainland popular song circle. This period of popular songs is characterized as "Northwest style","Rock style","Hong Kong and Taiwan style","Song of the Prisoner."So, from the typical songs of the typical style, this chapter analyzed some social and psychological mood, aesthetic taste and the concept of public mental,etc.Afterwards, we respectively explained several contributing factors,such as the economic basis of this social consciousness, social psychology, the big background of the times,etc. We attempt to bring forward several suggestions of public opinion to guide in order to guide public mental at last.The routine basically is same to contents analysis and the reasons elaboration of four constituted elements above-mentioned.
