Western Europe feudal society is a hierarchical society in medieval, is also a typical aristocratic the dominant society. Aristocrat is a social groups who grasp ruling power in medieval Western Europe. Like all law of nature, there is a balance in human society. Rights and obligations are equivalent. If rights over its commitments, then the balance will be broken. Throughout the medieval England, between relations of the king and the nobility as described above. In order to maintain the balance, they always fluctuated up and down. Their relationship was always changed, sometimes they were friends, sometimes they were enemies. It is just in this process, producing some accompanied which are landmark by moden people, such as the generation of the magna carta. There is most obvious change of the British aristocrat in thirteenth century that political rights which is brought through fighting against the king. In a wrod, English aristocrat gained the higher political status, and this process is also the share with the king.Marc Bloch’s feudal society is regarded as immortal classic medieval European history and comparative historical studies in the field of academia.
