Most previous studies of second language speech acquisition using contrastive analysis, and most ofthem often stopped when they find errors then correct the errors, few of them care about or discuss thereason what and why cause the interlanguage phonological errors in a more systematic in-depth way.Moreover, the domestic scholar didn’t pay enough attention to the new second language acquisition theory,and the theory itself lacks of relevant empirical research. Interlanguage speech, we think, definitely underthe influence of mother tongue transfer, the mother tongue influence make learners unable to detect theirown phonetic pronunciation deviate from the target language. As a fundamental exploration research, thisarticle adopts the method of mathematical statistics and phonetic acoustic experiment, try to investigate andanalyze the initial phase in the vowel system of Italian-Chinese interlanguage. This article successivelyadopts three methods: first of all to listen to Italian learners’ pronunciation in Chinese sense which is asdiscriminated analysis, and then to calculate Chinese vowel which pronounced by Italy learners of accuracyon mathematical, finally to calculate and analysis the discrete degree of Chinese vowel pronunciation byItalian learners. Finally it turned out that:(1) Listening test results and data calculation results do not match, the credibility by listening to judgehas limitations.(2) The accuracy of the calculation results can verify whether interlanguage speech categoryconstruction situation is accurate or not.(3) The result of discrete rate can detect interlanguage speech category construction is built or not,how is the stability of the interlanguage speech category.Acoustic experiments show that sounds similar are really learners who mixed similar vowel illusionsof the surface structure combined with Italian and Chinese. In the acquisition of similar vowels, negativetransfer of the mother tongue plays a leading role; the acquisition of similar vowels is problematic than theoriginal vowels. We believe that the learners use target language standard voice as a frame of reference,compared with the output way of its own, using listening judgment test of a second language speechacquisition is relatively simple and shallow, it is difficult to reveal the stealth characteristics of the interlanguage speech. The function of accuracy analyzing and the discrete degree can make implicitinformation of speech representative and visualization, further more to acoustic features, we can have moreintuitive, more rational, more scientific knowledge.
