The Analysis Of The Style Of Zizek’s Theory

A scholar named Slavoj Zizek from Slovenia is a famous star in the international academia on the contemporary. People from all over the world speak highly of him. As the inheritor of Lacan, Zizek own enough knowledge in every field. He breaks the limit of the traditional theory, and forms the individual style of the theory and academic thought. Zizek interprets a large number of the Hitchcock’s films by the way of Lacanian reading. We can find his characteristics of the theory include paradox, repetition, literariness, humor, skip, fragment, unoriginal and so on. The most individual characteristic is combined the classical theory and the mass culture. They interpret each other. This individual style of theory is a challenge to traditional style of theory.The paper includes six parts:the description of Zizek’s biography, theoretical sources in the introduction. In the second, third and fourth part, I sort out the interpretation of Hitchcock’s films in the analysis of Zizek. I show the individual style of Zizek’s theory. And I analyze the most individual characteristic. In the fifth part, I hope that I can find the inspiration what can develop the contemporary academia by the way of the theory style of Zizek and the prophecy of the development of theory in the future. In conclusion, I wish I can find the meaning of the research.
