On Luxun From The Perspective Of Shao Xing Culture

The Shaoxing unique geographical environment, social structure, and socialpersonality cultivate Luxun. Luxun’s emotional character, composition of hisknowledge, moral concept, value orientation and aesthetic ideal mainly based onShaoxing culture. Therefore, doing research and interpretation of Lunxun and hisworks from Shaoxing culture perspective is not only has a certain significance onexpanding the vision of literary research and space, but also has a valuable attempton contemporary Chinese literature.Currently, the studies have been digging into almost every aspects ofLuxun’works and making detailed analysis on wide comments, deep level andvarious methods which have great academic value. From culture perspective,especially the folk culture, there are lots of studies on Lunxun’s works. However,there are few studies and analysis in academic papers and works from Shaoxingregional culture view.Based on the analysis of Luxun and Shaoxing as the angle of view, the paper inorder to discuss the significance that Shaoxing culture as a element brings effects onLunxun’s works and his character. Beginning with Shaoxing regional culture, thepaper digging into the origin of Lunxun creations, analyzing the influence on Luxun,and exploring the traces of Shaoxing culture in his works. What is more, the Luxun’scriticism and attitude of Shaoxing culture is discusses systematically.This paper canbe divided into three chapters. In chapter one, some information of Shaoxing ongeographical environment, religion, civilization form, characters, and Luxun’sresearch on Shaoxing culture are systematically discussed. What’more, the paper alsofocus on the writer’s personal experience, growth environment, and analyzingwriter’s thought formation and the creation of Shaoxing culture origin. In chaptertwo, by reading Luxun’s works, the paper mainly discusses Shaoxing culturerepresentations from natural landscape and social customs perspective. Finally,Luxun’s criticism of Shaoxing inheritance and problems are discussed.
