| Document refers to an official document, which is jointly prescribed by the nationaladministrative units and some social collective organizations. It has the power of legalefficacy and normative format. Administrative document refers to the official documentused by the national administrative departments. It is an important means to manage allstate affairs and implement strategic decisions. The main function of the contemporarydocument is to clear laws and regulations, to convey instructions and orders, to lead andcommand all kinds of affairs and workings. It is the recorded proof of up-bottomcommunication as well as internal and external coordination. It also plays an important rolein the operation process of society. The stylistic rhetoric features of administrativedocument are more representative than in the official document, therefore, this thesisregards administrative document as the research object. This thesis will analyzes andsummarizes the differences and similarities of stylistic rhetoric features of administrativedocument between the Republic of China and contemporary era. It aims to find out thereasons that form these two different stylistic rhetoric features of administrative document,as well as to seek out the development trajectory of administrative document. This thesismainly involves five parts. Part1is “Introductionâ€. This part mainly introduces the presentresearch status of this field at home and abroad. Research methodology, innovation points,purpose and significance of this research are also involved in this part. Part2is “Theoverview of official documentâ€. This part introduces the definition and evolution of officialdocument, the definition and classification of style and the definition, type, and function ofstylistic official document. Part3is “The similar stylistic rhetoric features between theRepublic of China official document and contemporary official documentâ€. This partanalyzes and summarizes the similar features of the Republic of China and contemporaryofficial document, that is, solemnity, accuracy and formularization (program). Part4is“The different stylistic rhetoric features between the Republic of China official documentand contemporary official documentâ€. This part will analyze the differences features fromfive aspects of word, syntax, rhetoric, script and formularization. Part5is†Reason analysis of the differences in stylistic rhetoric features between the Republic of China officialdocument and contemporary official documentâ€. This part explore the reasons fordifferences from aspects of language development, time factor and regime nature. Differenthistorical periods of official document have different stylistic rhetoric feature. This thesisfocuses on the differences of stylistic rhetoric features between the Republic of Chinaofficial document and contemporary official document. From this thesis to explore thechanging of stylistic rhetoric and to analyze the reasons for those differences, which also isthe innovation of this thesis. Part3, part4and part5are important components of thisthesis. |
