Purpose: during the research of the effect from core training to latin dance competitors,the author used the balanced capacity as the reference point for the training effect,throughmeasuring Latin dancers’ core stability and balance before and after the core strength training,and then made the quantitative analysis to assess the training effects on experimental Latindancers’ core stability and balance effect. For Latin dance teaching of the coaches and providereference for the training of the Latin dance contestant.Method: this study to select16active-duty Latin dance contestant as test object, half ofthem as experimental object, through training before and after the two groups of players at thecore of the stability and balance to measure the effect of the training data to analysis.Research results: first, core training can not only influence the expression of Latin dancetechniques, but also make dancers maintain the stability of the center of gravity affect balance inthe case of keep a good attitude; second, balance is Latin dance contestant’s basic ability, in theprocess of dancing, it has always been to maintain the balance and stable of the center of gravity;third, after12weeks of core strength training, the core training has obvious effects on the corestability of the Latin dance contestant.(1)Not only the balanced capacity, but also the dynamicand static balance ability got improved significantly compared with before training.(2)In additionto the balance ability tests, the experimental group’s overall level was improved, the player is thedifference of each index by standard deviations found in the narrow, also prove that balance tothe gap between players trained are also reduced.(3)Player with one leg to stand on the left andright center of gravity of rock can be found by average slightly reducing, illustrate the coretraining on the body’s centre of gravity control ability to strengthen, the body is moreconcentrated. Control group athletes in both before and after the experiment test content whilethe mean did not change regularity. Conclusion by P value size control group did not appearsignificant gap.Conclusions are as follows: core training has important effect to Latin dance contestantshould be taken into consideration seriously; by using the method of quantitative test of Latindance contestant experiment before and after the core stability and body balance effectevaluation. According to the data analysis can be concluded that the core strength training for thestability of the Latin dance contestant core and positive influence on the capability of the balance of the body.Suggestions are as follows:(1)Through balance test results comparison shows the sameposture under open and close my eyes, whether prior to or after the experiment, the experimentof the Latin dance contestant each index of average, close your eyes are greater than the open,has a great influence on visual information of Latin dance contestant.
