This paper examines the pupils rules preference in behavior of recovery unfairdistribution. Based on the earlier research, by tokens and material object as experimentalmaterial, by recruiting first grade, third grade and fifth grade primary school students asparticipants, and adopting distributed paradigm and an ultimatum paradigm,3experimentswere conducted.Study1use the distributed paradigm, present a performance situation, caused an unjustdistribution by teacher, then asked the children to redistribute the other part of the reward. The study shows first grade use more evenly rules, third grade more sequential distributionrules, fifth grade children will be more use proportional distribution rules to restore theinjustice, and experiments in different materials, there are differences in the results.Study2used the ultimatum paradigm, present a performance situation and to allocaterewards work by one of the children. Results show that the third grade and fifth gradechildren will use more order distribution and proportion distribution rules because of theunfair degree increase, but the first grade children with the experimental1result have notsignificant difference.Study3and2have the same procedure, difference is that the two children were givendifferent features, to verify the children in different recipient characteristics situation how toallocate. Results show that when the unfair situation combined with the characteristics ofdistributor, the children will be more attention to the receiver needs characteristics, to childrenwho do less work and don’t need, and children who do much work and needs, children will bemore use sequential and proportion rules; To do less work and need, to work much and don’tneed children would pay more attention to needs, thus more equal and sequential rules beenused.Showed a significant age effect, in different situation, slight change in the three kinds ofdistribution, but will still shows such a trend. In scenario3, the child will be more focus onthe recipient’s need characteristics, shows that children can have a combination ofcircumstances to make decisions.
