Analysis On Current Situation And Development Countermeasures Of Cultural Industry In Zhuanghe City

For the past few years, the accomplishments on tourism industry construction in Zhuanghe City have been remarkable.The Municipal Committee and the People’s Government of Zhuanghe City have attached great importance and concern. The tourism industry construction makes a spurt of progress. Along with the development of our outline of "One City Two Zones", the programs of industrial zone have been gradually implemented and the rapid-increasing economics have laid the material foundation of the development of tourism industry. In the situation of cultural undertakings has been widely affect the quality of people’s life, strengthening the study of cultural theory, deepening the rational undertaking of cultural undertakings, forming scientific judgment and providing reference for the theory of directed for local government have the very vital significance for avoiding or decreasing the errors that can be avoided during the development process of cultural undertakings, reducing capital invested in the development of cultural undertakings, improving the overall level of the city cultural development and maintaining the city’s public interest.This paper aims to research the development of the tourism industry in Zhuanghe City, according to the investigations on tourism industry of Zhuanghe City. By applying SWOT analysis, the disadvantages in the development of tourism industry of Zhuanghe City at the present stage are as follows:the management functions of culture are ambiguous and the system is not smooth; the input of cultural construction and facilities are insufficient; the construction of basic-level cultural institutions is lagging and the cultural group is weak; the service details are lack in the regions of public cultural activities; the utilization rate of resources is very low. On the basis of the long-history culture, abundant cultural resources, advantages of deep cultural development of Zhuanghe City, facing the strongly affected modern entertainment style by the cultural actives and the strategies of versatile demanding from the masses, this paper will put forward concrete measures from six aspects as follows: the system and organism, the implementation economic policies, the team building, the integration and optical allocation of cultural resources, the construction of cultural essences and brands and the construction of versatile culture.
