Since the Judge Advisor System(JAS) had put forward, many scholars pay close attention to it.Judge and advice is a social activities, judges need to seek information and help from others, in order to improve the accuracy of the final judgment. This phenomenon had catch psychology researchers’eyes, and it becoming a focal point in Decision-making psychology. The beginning of my research is the introduction of the judge-advisor system, then I will talk about what factors influence the advice taking. The traditional papers had always defined the judge and the advisor as financial oriented, researchers focus on how the information processing mode have influence on advice taking.Depending on other papers, we fund that the incidental emotions which stem form a prior, unrelated experience may influence how responsible individuals are to advice. Then, I add other independent variable-specific knowledge into account, in order to find the effect of the specific knowledge on advice taking. The paper has designed two experiments to prove the hypothesis. The first experiment design:we ask participants to view a short video clip, after the video clip, we will ask you to write down your feelings during the view. Later on we will ask you to finish a decision-making problem. The purpose of the experiment is investigating the relationship between the emotion and the advice taking. Through the statistical analysis, we find that (1participants would be induced through the video clip,(2)the emotion which unrelated with has an influence on decision-making task, and the difference between influences is significant. We add an independent variable-specific knowledge into the second experiment, and design it as two levels, the result shows us that emotion and specific knowledge would both influence the advice taking, furthermore, the specific-knowledge is a regulate variable.(1Participants who have much specific-knowledge would pay more money on advice taking than participants who have little specific-knowledge.(2)Professional knowledgeable group of participants show no difference on advice taking.(3)Decision-making is a complex judgment process, and complex judgment is easy to be affected by emotions. At present, many researchers are attaches great importance to ecological validity, so emotion and professional knowledge to professional will catch more eyes from others. In real life, emotion and professional knowledge Inspired us that:as the person who need to seek information and help, should try to control our emotions, for the advisor, it is necessary to maintain good interaction with customers, of course also need to constantly strengthen their own professional knowledge level.
