Positive Influence And Role Of The Stop Motion Animation On Early Childhood Art

My dissertation and graduation project (The creation of stop-motion animation III III) is about the relationship and effects between Children art education and stop-motion animation. The purpose of the study is based on how arts education couldenlighten children and have positive influence for their future. Animation has a wideaudience amount all ages especially children. As one of the most special genre, Stop-motion animation plays an important role on leading children to appreciate andunderstanding arts. As its unique way of creation and production, children are moreattracted on stop-motion animation movies as the varieties of material presented onscreen. It played an educational part on the recognition and independencedevelopment of kids. During the research period, I viewed many stop-motionanimations, also to50children age from3to6. In result, I found most of children aremore focusing during watching stop-motion animation, moreover, they tend to showmore involvement during watching with their physical expression such as dancing,waving and laughing. This result reinforced my study.The effects of stop-motion animation on children will be described and exploredin5different parts in this dissertation. The first part will be introduction to explain thereason of choosing this topic. The second, third part and fourth part will be focusingon early childhood art education, the concept of stop motion animation, therelationship, and positive influence of both. In the final section, I will explore thefuture of stop-motion animation on early childhood education with my graduationproject which using stop motion technique and early childhood art education theory.
