Expressive writing is a standardized task to express the excitable and traumatic events and the deepest emotions and feelings in the way of writing according to the specific topic within the stipulated time. Expressive writing rised under the background in the birth of the existential psychology and narrative therapy, which is implicit, protective and self-service psychotherapy. Its operation is convenient and the effect is remarkable.The ratio of the problem exciting the parent-child relationship is higher and the degree of intimacy is lower than their peers both in space distance and psychological distance. Interventions means of the traditional parentage are restricted by objective factors, even the current study is less in the current secondary vocational students’ psychological characteristics, the present situation of parent-child relationship and interventions means. The study attempts to improve parent-child relationship from the perspective of adolescent self adjusting, regard expressive writing as a means of improving the relationship and to experiment and discuss the intervention process and the effect.The experiment is designed to adopt the experimental group and control group before and after test.60subjects are assigned randomly into two groups respectively. There are30people in the control group without any intervention. After the writing the family intimacy scale of two groups is tested and the self-made questionnaire is completed. According to the results before and after the test the effect and influence factors of expressive writing to the secondary vocational students’parentage is analysized.The results show that expressive writing can improve the parentage of the secondary vocational students. Because of emotional disclosure, cognitive processing, theme and involvement level, the results of expressive writing exists individual differences。...
