In the two Song Dynasty period, the number of agricultural population accounts formore than90%of the whole society. Ordinary rural household and the urban mid-lower households maintained the basic provide for oneself habits, the market was justan external supplement of self-sufficiency. The large-scale transfer of goods does not exist inSong Dynasty, pay taxes delivery, assign military and relief goods from capital to the local isthe premier stuff of transport of goods, there is a little number of these commodity can beused for exchange. The second chapter research the pain avoidance of the farmers on agricultural productionand labor. The level of agricultural production is still backward, human became the mainlabor force and the amount of cattle which can be used for auxiliary remain rare.Production tools and technology is simple and their efficiency is pretty low.At the same time, arrange agricultural production on the basis of natural solar term wouldmake working environment very difficult. Such a situation could make the landowner, farmers, sharecroppers, and the hired owner, the student who failed in exam selectdifferent degrees and types of pain, which will be according to the different ownership.Arguethe farmer’s main target of production farmers is meeting basic household life as well assurviving needs.Chapter III discuss family farmers to meet basic living needs for survival purposes. Theyrarely seek expanded reproduction. Their working income was based on the cost of familyliving needs, For example, the farmer and the owner’s family’s annual family income areperfectly match the basic living expenses. The nature and farming over "and" is alsomaintaining "self-sufficiency". The fruits of labor was just used for the simple accumulation and consumption, meanwhile it rarely be used for expanded reproduction. The low-middle land owners, small-medium businessmen and villagers which get money from otherindustry to the, will use the profits for remaining part of security costs and maintaining launchfamily life business. A large part of the capital will be assigned for buying land, but the rationof capital which assigned to the expansion of business scale is not so high.Mainly focus on the issue of how ordinary farmers and citizens “Recreate” theirhuge free time. They mainly use Leisure for Recreation. In rural society, the extra time whichwas beyond working in no slack and farming season remain meaningless ofeconomic activity.” Recreation " includes two pattern, one is pure intermittent or the Materialcomforts which has no impact on the basis of the family life. The other one will has socialsignificance, the farmer more or less put some time on participating social activities, whichcan be named "ceremony investment”. In the urban, low or middle class of citizens, also hasthe same stuff as the villagers.Going to the teahouse tea which be an obvious example, it willnot only relax the individual body and the soul, but expand the scope of their communication.
