The Wei Jin Southern and Northern Dynasties is the first upheaval and Depression era inthe history of China，during which the regimes changed frequently, wars broke out frequently.At the same time, this period is also a concentrated period of natural disasters in the history ofChina, with high frequency and serious harm.As the main medium of expressing reality, numerous literature works focusing ondisaster have emerged, with some emphasize disaster scenarios, and some the state of mind ofthe people of, some disaster prevention, disaster reduction and practical measures, presentingwith the history data which reflect the situation. The firstpart is the summary of this thesis, based on the collected data, the valuable experienceanalysis of previous studies, the objective of this thesis is the definition of "disaster literature"is defined, and the meaning of this topic, research scope and methods are introduced in thispaper.The second part recorded by finishing this period the main disaster types of historicalmaterials, grasp the period of occurrence characteristics of main natural disasters such asflooding, dought, plague, locusts, earthquakes, to provide historical basis for disaster combingliterature writing below.Third in literature during natural disasters, the writing part of Wei and Jin Dynasties, thewater, drought, locust plague, major natural disasters such as this period of literary writing,and explore the literature in disaster destructiveness to the people description, scholarsconcern on the people’s livelihood, literati mentality changes when facing a disaster.Fourth disaster prevention in literature during the part of Wei Jin Southern and NorthernDynasties, the imperial edict of this period, Secretary of memorials to the throne on the basisof literature, summed up the main disaster prevention measures during the period of the Weiand Jin Dynasties, and briefly reveals the position and role of the Wei and Jin dynasties inChinese ancient famine history of the northern and Southern Dynasties disaster preventionmeasures.
