After the1990’s, Internet technology is developing rapidly in China. As a mediaplatform, it is provide an importance of opportunities for internet literature. Becausewestern literature theory is introduced to domestic research, it effects more and morepeople. The relationship between the internet literature and traditional printing culturehas become the focus of the argument in the research field of Chinese literarytheories.New media technology is providing advantage for internet literature, and producingprofound and lasting influence on literature development. In the paper, I use the viewthat is "field theory", which produced by the French sociologist Pierre Bourdieu. Thefield, the capital and habits are perpetual changing position in the literary field. Itshows that the power struggle between the internet literature and traditional printingculture cause in literary generation and existence. Internet literature take strategies notonly form its operation rules, but also impact to the traditional printing culture. Theargument between Internet literature and traditional printing culture make the symbolboundary has abrasion and change the traditional mainstream value of the aestheticstandard. This is the inevitable result which is the internet literature return to thenature of literature and the pursuit freedom of human heart.From the perspective of literary sociology and communication studies, we arediscussing the current literary phenomenon, understanding the cause, performanceand development of internet literature, and observing the change trend of literarypower. It impacts us to think about the spirit of the internet literature value. Only thecorrect view of the pros and cons on internet literature and traditional printing culture,can we truly achieve the liberation of literature.
