A Study Of The Optimization Of Working Environment For "the New Working Class" In Yancheng

Nowadays, with the accelerating pace of modernization and urbanization, large numbers of peasants migrate from the rural areas to the cities and find jobs there. And therefore "the new working class" has become a social focus.With the promotion of Yancheng’s urbanization, the number of "the new working class" is increasing constantly, and they have made great contribution to the socio-economic development of Yancheng. Though the municipal government has tried to protect the rights of "the new working class" and made some policies, which does improve their situation to some degree, there are still a lot of problems related to the working environment of "the new working class" that need more research, such as the poor working environment, employment discrimination and unfair treatment. Based on relative theories and statistics, this paper analyzes the working environment of "the new working class" in Yancheng, raises the principle of persistent optimization, and proposes some means and measures to optimize the working environment of "the new working class" from the perspectives of "the new working class" themselves, the government, the employing units and society, trying to do some useful exploring on this question.
