Study On Strengthening The Construction Of Public Service Capacity In The Municipal Financial Ministry

Finance is the most significant part in a country. At the present stage, our country has already accessed the crucial period of reform and opening up, the economic system was deeply reformed, social structure was deeply changed, profit pattern was deeply adjusted, and people’s ideas were deeply opened. Thus, this is essential to improve the public service capacity in the financial department, which is not only related to the performance of financial functions, but also related to the social stability.Based on the three-year financial data released by the statistics and related information, I would take Changzhou for example in this article, and do the research on their earning capacity, expenditure arrangement, daily management and debt burden, then approach the further research on how to strengthen the public service capacity in the municipal financial department.Firstly, the theory of establishing public service capacity is defined, and then a comprehensive review is built, which includes revenue and expenditure, industrial base and reformation management, etc. Secondly, a systematic analysis is made, which is about the current international and domestic situation, and also difficulties during the reforming period. At the end, several reasonable recommendations are made.
