As a new things, people may hold an interesting of it with their feeling of curiousness and speed, and also because of this which makes the Internet become the focus of the people. At the same time, the Internet has became the source of some bad behaviors, including personal abuse, insult, libel and so on. So how to make our Internet healthy is becoming the first thing which we should do.At all the things of which people are focusing, something about reputation may be has a special position. With the happening of something about the first case of weibo, the first case of blog, the dead diary case in the Internet, and with some reputation cases about the civil subject, there may have a trend that Internet has became the source of all these cases. A lot of people hold a view that they do something in the Internet would never be known by others, but they are wrong, with the growing of different laws and regulations what they have done must be known and they must have paid for what they have done.As one part of the Internet, internet service provider(ISP) play an important role. ISP service the using of the Internet by its own position and let us enjoy a nice service. Also at the same time, ISP may take some other problems.
