The Perfection Of The Registered Divorce System

Registered divorce is an important part of the divorce system. Registered divorce as same as judicial divorce is a kind of important way to relieve marriage.Its usual procedure is simplified, convenient and quick.It can better protect the privacy of the parties, fully reflect the will of the parties, save judicial resources, and do good to social harmony and stability.It is a mordern way of humanistic,civilized and healthy divorce. In order to solve these problems, the author puts forward legislative suggestions to perfect the system of registered divorce by investigating the foreign related legislation and on the basis of analysis divorce system of freedom and justice, social interest and individual interest relationship and the requirement of the principle of divorce. It includes that setting up the time of divorce, building the system of invalid divorce, enhancing protections for the interests of the children and establishing counseling studio of divorce.
