Therefore, to enhance the level of government to take a scientific,rational and efficient management is the only way of government reform.Total Quality Management (TQM) originated in the enterprise, which includesquality inspection, quality control, quality management in three stages, thecombination of three enterprises to gain the trust of the customers in the marketcompetition in an invincible position..In this paper, Longhua County government as the starting point, the use of thetheory of the actual induction and deduction, and empirical specification method ofcombining study total quality management, combined with the actual LonghuaCounty government agencies the Longhua County Government to implement thefeasibility improve Longhua County government efficiency.
