Research On Management Mode Of Chinese Rural Social Innovation

Since the reform and opening, Chinese society has taken on a brand-new look, especially the great change in the vast rural areas has taken place driven by urban and rural integration policy. With the development of new countryside construction, farmers’material needs and spiritual needs level have greatly improved, and traditional minded farmers have been less and less. At present, There occurred many drawbacks such as the lacking of farmers’participation, the imbalance of service supply, decay of Autonomous source and cultural identity crisis under the model of countryside politics and village governance in the "township" management mode.These problems seriously hindered the construction of new countryside and rural-urban integration process, so innovation of management model of rural community needs. In order to solve this problem, rural community management became an innovative exploration after analyzing the drawbacks of the original model. The breakthrough and focus point of this paper is trying to build a model which is suitable for current and future rural development.This paper puts forward state-country theory, community government theory, new publication service theory and structural functionalism theory, and expounds the historical change of rural society management pattern, discovers the disadvantages of current "township" mode, which leads to the "rural community management" and analyzes the advantages of the new management mode by literature review.Bases on theoretical analysis above, this paper combines foreign "new village movement","village building""Huaxi village" of domestic remarkable achievements pattern practice with mature urban community management in our country, provides some advice for the rural community construction, so as to build the rural community management organization system, arrange rural service supply system, cultural reconstruction system and resource integration system reasonably, and finally form the pattern of operation mechanism by government, autonomy, and the market.The innovation of this paper lies in:Take the rural community management as the rural social management mode change, then design the pattern and construction of system according to the actual situation of the current rural area. Of course, there are also shortcomings in this paper:The demonstration is not sufficient and deep enough because of lacking of empirical research analysis; Not involved in the establishment of the rural community management evaluation mechanism.
