On Moral Education From Perspectives Of Low-carbon Economy

In recent years, the dust storms, tornadoes, hail, fog and other inclement weather occurred frequently, and affected people’s life seriously. And now the problem of climate changes have become a threat to human survival and the development of social economy, the global problems have been paid more and more attention by the whole world. The low carbon economy, which aims to reduce carbon dioxide emission is the effective way to solve the current problem of climate changes, in the process of rapid development of market economic, we should make full use of the scientific and reasonable allocation of natural resources and its usage. Developing a low carbon economy has become China’s sustainable development and it is an inevitable choice of the harmonious society. At the same time, a low carbon lifestyle with low energy, low consumption, and low expenditure also gradually close to people’s field of vision. To complete the task of a very good low carbon, we must establish a low carbon consciousness. However, according to survey results, in a low carbon economy under the background of the rapid development, citizen’s moral education of our country is confronted with a great challenge, the lack of citizen moral consciousness of low carbon directly affects the long-term civil low carbon life quality and low carbon life. If things go on like this, the hope of low carbon development and sustainable development will no longer exist. So in a low carbon economy mode of moral training citizens (i.e. citizens low carbon moral consciousness) has become the important problem, which left us many inspirations and questions worthy of consideration.In2012, The eighteen Congress of the Communist Party first proposed the "beautiful China", it requires us to "put the construction of ecological civilization in a prominent position, and take the whole process of all aspects of integration into the economic construction, political construction, cultural construction, social construction, and strive to build a beautiful China, implementation of sustainable development of the Chinese nation". The foundation of the construction of ecological civilization is the ecological ethics, ecological ethics is the core content of citizen low carbon moral.Based on introducing the concept of climate change and low carbon economy, this paper attempt to construct under the low-carbon economy low-carbon moral basic norms of citizen from the development of low carbon economy.Through the analysis of the use of the questionnaire analysis method,it got the existence problems under the background of low carbon economy moral. This paper is written from the perspective of a low carbon economy development, mainly analyzes and expounds the ethics in the low carbon economy and its central way and the method are also presented. It aims to train low carbon moral consciousness of the citizens who in the low carbon economy mode, then to solve and protect the ecological environment of the people, and to make the economy society development that is truly sustainable in order to build a beautiful China..
