In the1950s, the United States build the Japan-US alliance in order to meet the needs of the Cold War. And the alliance played an important role as one of the pillars of the U.S. Asia-Pacific strategy. However, with the disappearance of their common threat, the alliance relationship didn’t over but they redefined their relation and become closer then before. In the new century, the Japan-US had fixed their structure、form and operational mechanism. And then development of the alliance relationship towards to the more globalization、more offensive、expand the scope of cooperation, more legal cooperate system、more mechanisms and equal on the surface after adjustment. However, the union of the two economic powers caused a huge to influence the security of Northeast Asia. And Japan-US military alliance use the method of strengthen the alliance from Cold War attempting to control the situation in Northeast Asia. It will be pose a serious threaten to the region of Northeast Asia.This paper has explain the impaction has happened in Northeast Asia by the Japan-US alliance in the new century through the analysis of the development trends of the Japan-US alliance, and focus on analysis of the Japan-US alliance and regional security of the associated adjusted, including on Northeast Asia, the overall security environment posed by the impact, as well as North Korea, the Taiwan issue and other regional hot spots, and finally made a certain outlook on the prospects for the development of the Japan-US alliance, which made recommendations for China’s response to the challenges of the Japan-US alliance and create a favorable regional environment.
