In today’s society.the information and communication industry is developping quickly, the media has become the fourth largest rights in the new century following the legislative, judicial and executive powers, it plays an important role in people’s social life.In the judicial practice,the media likes a"double-edged sword", it affects supervision weapons,also it promotes judicial practice to healthy and orderly development;On the other hand,it filled with a large number of news media reported example of interference of justice in the judicial practice.
