And according to the discussion of the legal basis of small claims procedure, I want to explore the reasonability of the construction of small claims procedure; In the third chapter, according to the analysis of the necessity of the construction of the small procedure, I hope to obtain the value foundation of the construction; The forth chapter focuses on the introduction about the judicial process and practice of small claims procedure.
