With the further development of reform and opening up and the urbanization in China, the new generation of migrant workers have increasingly became an important force of the development of urban construction. With the influence of subjective and objective factors, the new generation of migrant workers will encounter many setbacks and hardships in the job hunting, but their ability to fight against setbacks and toughness is insufficient, which will not only affect themselves, family and social harmony, but also unfavorable to play a positive role in society. Therefore, this thesis uses a combination of means, including references analyzing, literature, investigation and research methods, analyses the current situation of their increased but still inadequate career resilience, and points out its problems, which includes their psychological fragility, naive behavior and casual response to occupational frustration, then explores that their career resilience is influenced not only by psychological and physiological characters, but also by their family, enterprises and the whole society. Based on these reasons, we put forward the approaches to these problem and countermeasures in aspects of government, enterprises, society and individuals.The government should further prefect our legislation system to optimize institutional environments for them, and establish the rural-urban integrate labor market to optimize the employment environment, then further perfect the job-hunting service system to expand the space of employment. Enterprises should innovate incentive mechanism to make them more engaged in their jobs, and improve the workplace conditions improve their job satisfaction, and then improve the learning and training system to expand own knowledge and skills. Meanwhile, relevant fields in the society should give full play to community’s service function to elevate their sense of belonging, and perfect psychological assistance system to strengthen humane concern for them, then optimize the social public opinion environment to enhance positive guidance. However, the new generation of migrant workers should have a scientific orientation for their occupations, and pay more attention to the professional knowledge and professional technology, then find a way to improve the communication ability and frustration toleration. At the same time, the ideological and political work can also play a role of the orientation and guide to improve their ideological and moral quality, psychological quality and good professional quality. Thus through these above ways, help them comprehensively raise their career resilience. It has theoretical and reality significance to promote healthy growth of the new generation of migrant workers, enhance their social competitiveness, and promote our country’s urbanization to build a harmonious society...
