To Analyze Criminal Phenomenon And Its Prevention&Control From The Chemical Point Of View

In recent years, at the relatively free academic atmosphere, many experts,confronting the serious crime problem, research different aspects of criminology fromtheir respective viewpoint. They also provide all kinds of countermeasures orrecommendations on crime prevention and control. In this flourishing background, theauthor combines some criminological theories and science and engineeringknowledge, and then put forward new ideas to resolve related issues in criminologyfrom the chemical point. The focal point of this article is to explain the theoreticalbasis of applying chemical knowledge to the study of criminology, and theappropriate conclusions on some parts of criminology drawn from the law of thesolution, so as to achieve the purpose of drafting this article. As for the specific crimeprevention and control measures, the author can’t really go beyond so manyoutstanding scholars to give more perfect measures based on the limited cognitivelevel, thereby the text just demonstrates them simply according to the above partsmentioned conclusions. The specific content of this article can be divided into thefollowing three parts.The first part discusses the necessity and possibility of analyzing some aspects ofcriminology from the chemical point of view, the main purpose is to lay a solidtheoretical foundation of this article. The focus of this section is firstly explaining thecoordinating and unifying of the natural science and social science in a macroperspective, secondly constructing the basis of the paper in microscopic angle of view through the disciplines origin, quantum entanglement and fractal geometry, andfinally illustrating individual free will from neurobiology and clarify the specificmethod of using chemical knowledge to criminological research in the logicalspeculation way.The second part discusses the corresponding conclusions on criminology drawnfrom the phenomenon investigating of chemical solution. It mainly takes the methodof combination qualitative and quantitative analysis and of combination macro andmicro analysis, and it is the core of this article. This section is about such conclusionsas the conditions of time and space on criminological phenomenon, the correspondingmain body division, the non-eradication of criminal phenomenon and the dynamicprocess of crime prevention and control, deriving from such laws of solution as theconditions of particle reaction, acid-base property, the number of ions, the saturationphenomenon, as well as chemical equilibrium. At last, based on the consolidation ofabove discussion, a mathematical model on the relationship between the number ofpeople doing crime prevention and control with the amount of offenders under certainconditions is built roughly.The third section discusses the specific measures of crime prevention and control,and it is the closing stage of this article. According to the above conclusions such asthe conditions of time and space on criminological phenomenon and the dynamicprocess of crime prevention and control, this section mainly propose to maintain astable macro environment and increase the amount of the essence of crime preventionand control moderately. Finally, from the utilitarian principle, an equation about theideal number of people doing crime prevention and control under a certainenvironment is also constructed.
