The paper selects four communities of DongGguan city as survey area, conducted on the questionnaire survey of the772new generation of migrant workers,and has carried on the depth to another30cases interviews. Research has carried on the descriptive analysis the workers’difficulties and problems in urban communities from the economic, social life and cultural psychological three levels. Then, the paper discribed the community participations of multi-center governance bodies from the perspective of multi-center, and analyzed the raesons of the "hard" elaboration about the new generation migrant workers. Further, paper put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective of multi-center governance.Full-text is divided into five parts, the first part is introduction, mainly introduces selected topic background, purpose and significance, combing literature, and introduce the core concepts; The second part discribes present situation and problems of the new generation migrant workers in the community from the aspect of economy, social life and cultural psychological; the third part of polycentric governance body describes the present situation and problems of the community into the reality of participation in analysis; The fourth part, from the perspective of multi-center governance body, the paper analyzes the raesons of the "hard" elaboration about the new generation migrant workers; The fifth part from the perspective of multi-center governance body, put forward the policy Suggestions to promote the new generation migrant workers into the community; The sixth part is the conclusion, discussed the integration of the new generation of migrant workers.
