Rapidly and profound change in our lives since the media have led tomicro-blogging time, called “We Media”.Everyone, not only the recipient ofinformation, but release information.This subversion of past propagation mode makesthe speed and the range of information dissemination cannot be matched by the era oftraditional media.The publishing and dissemination of information from the we-media, in essence,is the stretch of citizens to exercise this right to freedom of expression in network.The one hand, relying on the rapid development of network technology and theformation of we-Media provides a wider platform to citizens to exercise freedom ofexpression, but it also brings a series of problems, the most significant since the mediadeliberately spread false, obscene incitement information on the damage to the socialwelfare and personal interests, as well as due to reasons such as inadequate legislationbrought legal and government administrative behavior caused by improper control ofreasonable citizens from media infringement of citizens. These problems are frequentthat China’s urgent need to improve the legal maximum protection from the media’sfreedom of expression from the legal regulation of the media foothold in this article,on the one hand, on the other hand also reduced from the use of the media damage tothe public interest and individual interests, to achieve a win-win balance.The first part of this paper mainly elaborates the concept from the “we-media”,including the concept emerged, from the development of the media and thedissemination characteristics, but also the positive impact from the media and theirown shortcomings. The second part is to practice, to reveal the legal issues arisingfrom media, including from the media rights of expression and social welfare andpersonal interests conflict, as well as the lack of protection from the media the right toexpress itself encountered problems. The third part is on the basis of full analysis fromthe media features combined with the experience of the United States of mediacensorship to illustrate the boundaries of unique, limited expression of the degree offreedom from the media as well as some of the principles of freedom of speech fromthe media and related rights. The fourth part is the analysis of the present situationand summarizes their impact, the last part is combined with the status quo andresearch to improve our recommendations from the media, legal regulation from thedeparture from the status of legal regulation of the media.
