In recent years, international terrorism crime is increasingly becoming threateninternational peace and security of the major obstacles that terrorism crime graduallyevolved into a global problem, has become a threat to human survival and the importantcontent of safety. To against international terrorism crime, the system must be sought isinvolved in a system. Terrorism crime molecules with advanced science and technology,more easily than ever in the global scope, implementation of terrorist crime is more easyto escape from the crime occurred, easier to use different countries sought betweeninstitutional obstacles to escape shall be investigated for criminal responsibility. Therefore,the important system sought in the fight against international terrorism importance natureis self-evident. Due to\"political prisoners not rendition\" principles such as limit, themultinational fighting terrorism crime difficulty increases day by day. This paper,therefore, against international terrorism crime discussion, from a legal point of viewmainly concentrated in on sought. The main research contents of the full text is dividedinto three parts, first is sought in international cooperation against terrorism for the statusquo, on the general sought legal system on the basis of the introduction, this paper focuseson the analysis of the international anti-terrorism cooperation sought about terrorismcriminal two principles, even prosecution or principles and political prisoners not soughtsought principle. And then summarized in international cooperation against terrorismsought for existing problems, first of all think the two core principles to the internationalterrorism crime, including molecular sought restrictions or prosecution or principlessought in the implementation difficulties, political prisoners not sought in understandingthe principle problems, analyses the state of a bilateral agreement between sought onterror difficulties. At last, it puts forward the international cooperation against terrorism inthe improvement of the system of sought countermeasures, which is the key and difficultpoints as well, the article thinks that, improve bilateral anti-terrorism cooperation soughtthe substantive regulations, especially about political prisoners not sought about problemsand sought agreement, and to perfect the terrorism crime procedural rules, and to developrelevant international anti-terrorism sought the multilateral system of unified convention.
