Part own is“An overview of the hypertext links”,respectively described themeaning of the hypertext links、technical principle、the characteristics and types ofhyperlinks.This section is main to provides the basic knowledge in this regard in orderto propose some solutions for the legal dispute.Part two mainly narrated threeviewpoints At the present stage that whether the hypertext link behavior doesconstitute the right infringement and proposes this article viewpoint.Chapter Ⅲ points out “The hypertext link involves copyright right infringementanalysis”, this part is the focus of this article,conduct in-depth analysis from a legalperspective on the links involved in copyright infringement,also divided into threeparts,Chapter I focuses on right infringement determination of the link set.
