Concerning On The Electronic Evidence And It’s Using Rules

With the rapid development of science and technology, we always use the electronic science and technology in our daily life now. For the legal field, the electronic science and technology are new products, but new things necessarily leads to the emergence of the new specification. Based on this background, in order to adapt to the new situation, the "electronic data", which is often used in academic research of electronic evidence, was formally implemented on January1,2013of the civil litigation amendment after the criminal procedure law, adding "electronic data" this type of evidence to the traditional seven types of evidence in our civil procedure law. Obviously, this would be help for our country civil procedure evidence law to be more perfect, and conducive to build the system of socialist legal. Therefore, study of the new evidence "electronic data" is also very necessary.
