The Research On Exemptions Of The Personal Bankruptcy Law

As an institution to protect the basic rights of debtor in the laws of bankruptcy, the exemptions can reflect the development of personal right and the modernization of law. Because of the link and the different in economy and culture between every country, the exemptions of a country usually draw lessons from the other countries, but the distinction still exists. The development of Chinese bankruptcy law falls behind from the other countries, China still has no personal bankruptcy law, but it is necessary to study the exemptions because it can be helpful when the government decide to make a law on exemptions. So this article is to make an all-sided study on exemption and give some advises to the law-making on exemptions in the future.
