In order to cope with the ever increasing aging population and the financial crisis in2008and2009since the impact of the debt crisis, more than half of the world’s countries have implemented or to beimplemented the reform of the retirement system. The face of the current rapiddevelopment of market economy, severe aging situation, it is difficult to over sixty Following the pensionpayment status of the64-year-old retirement system appeared to be inadequate, highlighting the manydrawbacks, such as the retirement age differences between men and women, the relative low across theboard, unreasonable retirement generally is exacerbated by the inequities in the system.This article is based on a retirement age perspective, our retirement system problems combing,drawing academia existing research results and practical experience of Western countries, summed up thedelay retirement is the trend of the times, in the face of the many puzzling and against reality,flexibleretirement system as a middle-of-the-road balance the many demands of interest, operability and positivesignificance for the moment, be regarded as wise and effective option.Further, starting from the principles and contents of the retirement elastic system itself, furtherdefined and analyzed the implementation of flexible retirement system should pay attention to the problemand the adjustment of the system, this article highlights the characteristics that the supporting system adjustand improve the flexibility as a decision retirement system of the effectiveness of the key factors thatcontribute to a flexible retirement system according to need, including the principle of social justice.
