Especially after the outbreak of the financial crisis of2008, severelyaffected the American economy, the global economic hegemony status began to shake.After the financial crisis to power Obama saw the important position of east Asia in theUnited States global strategy, and started to in foreign strategic emphasis on east Asia,east Asia after the cold war the United States successive governments strategyadjustments on the basis of inheritance. America’s east Asian strategy adjustment willbring the world pattern changes, and now, China’s emerging powers in east Asia israpidly rise, will become the key factor of affecting American east Asia strategy.American east Asia strategy also will have a profound impact on the development ofChina, the government should make the corresponding countermeasures.
