From thenational perspective of national cultural policy, research policy to lead the national culture, theimplementation of the XPCC folk art influence the formation and development to explore the non-geneticmethod XPCC guiding significance for the protection of folk art; analyze characteristics of Merino XPCCrepresentative works of folk art value, intended to solve the problem of why the theory to be protected;against inheritance problems, seek solutions to practical issues of how to protect the proposed practical policyand legal protection of the primary path.
