The old poor andbackward China has turned into a new raising prosperous China, the greatrejuvenation of the Chinese nation show a bright future, lots of great achievement wasmade In political, economic, cultural, social construction and ecological construction.In spite of these, we should recognize clearly that some problems are firmly existed inthe forward march due to the deficiencies in our work, especially the prominentperformance of the relationship between cadres and the masses in recent years.
