The Judicial Definition Of The Crime Of Negligently Causing Serious Accident In Construction Field

In recent years, the crime of major liability accident occurred frequently.Many relevant persons have been investigated for criminal responsibility.But disputes in judicial determination of this crime still exist, embodied inthe subject, objective aspects, causality assessment etc.. This paper makesresearch and analysis on the difficult problems encountered in the theory andjudicial practice, in order to apply the law correctly, and handle related cases.Text is divided into four parts in addition to the introduction.The first part is about the definition of negligently causing seriousaccident in construction field, relationship between all parties of construction. The second part mainly discusses the objective aspects of the the crime,analysis on similar crimes, and discusses the liability of the constructionactivities in detail.The third part mainly studies the causal relationship of the crime,analyze its characteristics and put forward methods to judge if there is acausal relationship between the illegal behavior and damage of the crime.The fourth part discusses several common problems of the crime.
