The Research On Village Management Pattern In The Suburban Countryside

With the deepening of reform and opening up, the footsteps of the modernization and urbanization continues to accelerate, a large number of the rural population began to pour into the cities, and while the generation of such a situation makes the space of the city cannot stand the impact of the foreign population. The existing area of City District in many cities hasn’t meet the urgent needs of the urban development, therefore, a great many of the suburban villages began to being incorporated into the scope of the cities’management. So,researching suburban countryside has a special meaning. Suburban countryside located in the ledge of city,which has the transition place from rural society to urban society. It combines the characteristics of the urban and rural areas.Location in the particularity makes here both the city and countryside economic society and environment landscape.It is also exists obvious urban-rural dual structure characteristics in terms of population and land and so on.People in the suburban country who was in absence of mental and physical preparation from farmers to urban residents.To some extent.,they still can’t adapt to the identity change,which led to the original rural culture and new city lifestyle collide.In this process,it has produced some new situations and new problems.Under the current urban policy, suburban countryside through administrative means to be the one of the city,but the management system of these villages which combines the urban and rural areas hasn’t produced a corresponding change.Here these villages also became a relatively concentrated region which contained various types of social problems. From the theoretical point of the rural management, the paper choosed Xinsheng Village, Pailou Town, Dongbao District in Jingmen City as an example to conduct a brief analysis and carry out the empirical research on the village management to this particular type of rural areas in the suburban of village affairs. The paper also expounded the achievements and the problems as well as its reasons which have been made in the management of village affairs.
