The Research Of Fusion Problem Between "People Oriented" And The Concept Of Socialist Rule Of Law

The concept of socialist rule of law is a summary of modern Chinese economy,society and rule of law developed historical experience, especially since thereform and opening up, which is started from the reality of socialist modernizationand global view, draw lessons from the experience by the Chinese communistparty who is as a ruling party. It is not only a part of the contemporary Chinesesocialist construction planning, but also is the pursuit and sublimation of theexperience of Chinese rule of law as the ruling party. People-oriented, which is thecore of the scientific concept of development, is the reflect of fundamentalpurpose of serving the people heart and soul which Chinese communists insist ondoing that. This paper expounds the "people-oriented" thought and the meaning ofthe socialist concept of rule of law, analyses the "human-oriented" idea and thenecessity of the concept of socialist rule of law, and mutual fusion betweenpeople-oriented thought and the concept of socialist rule of law, and itspracticality of fusion are discussed in this paper. This paper is divided into fiveparts:The first part is introduction. Analyzed the background put forward by the"people-oriented" thinking in the concept of socialist rule of law and the conceptof scientific development, and studied the integration of theoretical and practicalsignificance, and analyzed the current research status at home and abroad tofurther research and discussion on the "people-oriented" and lay the foundation ofsocialist rule of law concept.The second part, elaborated "people-oriented" thought and the meaning ofsocialist rule of law concept. Respectively analyzed the ancient "people-oriented"thought in China, the western "humanism" ideas,"people-oriented" of Marxistthought and the scientific development concept of "people-oriented" idea, andfrom the socialist concept of rule of law, law enforcement for the people, fairnessand justice, the service general situation and the leadership of the party paper expounds five aspects, focus on explaining the meaning of socialism.The third part, analyze the "human-oriented" idea and the necessity of fusionbetween socialist rule of law concept and human-oriented. From the perspective ofseveral aspects such as the nature of our country, analysis and research in theconstruction of the socialist legal system in China why it is necessary to"people-oriented" and the integration of socialist rule of law concept, which is thefocus of this article research part, as to provide theoretical basis for later.The fourth part, discusses the problem of the system level and operationallevel on the construction of rule of law in our country at present. From legislation,law enforcement, judicature and law-abiding and so on several aspects analysisand study how to in the concrete socialist rule of law in practice "people-oriented"thought, strive to build a harmonious socialist society.The fifth part summarizes for this article.
