| Provisional Central Government of Chinese Soviet Republic, which was established in Ruijin, Jiangxi, attached great importance to the fight against corruption and unhealthy practices. He Shuheng, Xiang Ying, Dong Biwu, etc. were among the central leaders of the procuratorial organs of workers and peasants who attached great importance to the key role of media publicity in anti-corruption, who used to spread the procuratorial work principles and policies the fastest and most widely informed among the public through news media like Red China, red songs, slogans and other public opinions and propaganda media, who persuaded and led the masses into anti-corruption work so as to achieve the purpose of consolidating the Soviet regime. It was a good try and successful practice in the construction of a culture of integrity after the Communist Party of China partially came to power. The thesis analyses studied the historical process of the cultural construction against corruption in the Central Soviet from the point of public opinion and propaganda in the following five parts:The introduction first accounted the purpose of and basis of choosing the topic, and made a brief review of relevant academic history, then inducted and extracted both the content and method of this study, as well as possible innovations. The second part was an overview of the environment of the construction, ranging from the formation of the Central Soviet Area and the corruption when it partly came into power, then summarized certain characteristics. The third part was a literature review, which focused on the detailed analysis sampling Red China newspaper and Revolutionary Ballads Anthology. Namely, it reported Version1-100of Red China and a series of articles associated with the cultural construction in the latter book so as to figure out the main form of work in public opinion and propaganda during the Central Soviet Area period. The next part, combined with Communication theory, Pedagogy theory and the like, elaborated public opinion and social memory of the Incorruptible Culture Construction in the Central Soviet Area, and discussed the public opinion and propaganda in Incorruptible Culture Construction in the Central Soviet Area from different angles in different sectors from the government, officials to lower classes of society. And in the final part, on the basis of the former two parts, was a summary of the experiences and lessons learnt from the Incorruptible Culture Construction in the Central Soviet Area, hoping that promoting the Soviet Spirit of Chinese Communist would be a reference to the current Incorruptible cultural construction to some degree. |
