The Legal Protection Of The Eco-tourism Resources Of The Southwest Region

Thissuggests that the rapid development of eco-tourism eco-tourism resources has been severelydamaged. A very fragile ecosystem, eco-tourism resources protection if not taken seriously,and will definitely affect the development of eco-tourism and eco-tourism resources may becompletely destroyed. This paper describes the development of eco-tourism status quo, toanalyze the development of eco-tourism in southwest China in tourism resources protectionissues, and thus leads to southwest China and their rules and regulations relating to thelegislative basis for the National People’s Congress Standing Committee of the NationalPeople’s Congress and enacted relevant laws regulations, laws and regulations that theexisting deficiencies. People did not really recognize the urgency of protection of tourismresources, has not been able to establish a sound legal system to protect a solid eco-tourismresources. Based on the existing ecological tourism resources protection laws and regulationsexplore the status quo, combined with the advanced experience of foreign eco-tourismresources, protection of the law to find a more complete scientific methods to promote oureco-tourism resource protection, trying to make eco-tourism resources and environmentalprotection awareness in people’s minds has been established, and to improve the legal systemto propose effective recommendations. Hope to establish a relatively complete legal systemfor the legal protection of tourism resources to contribute.Wooden paper discusses four aspects of eco-tourism resources protection laws related issues.The first section briefly describes the eco-tourism and eco-tourism resources base woodconcept, analysis of the eco-tourism resource protection status, summed up in southwestChina ecotourism resource protection problems; second part of the analysis of the eco-tourismin southwest China Resources related to legal protection, analysis of China’s system of legalprotection of eco-tourism-related drawbacks, including legislation, enforcement, monitoringall aspects of the existing inadequacies; southwest China where relevant ecological resource protection laws and regulations and in these places management mechanisms and monitoringprocess problems; third part presents and analyzes foreign eco-tourism development statusand its legal system, noting that the development of eco-tourism abroad we should learn fromthe experience. The fourth part is introduced in Southwest China ecotourism resourceprotection laws and regulations put forward their own proposals, intended to establish a soundeco-tourism resource protection laws and regulations, promote China’s eco-tourism resourcesand sustainable development of tourism.
