Study On Government Departments To Strengthen Bidding Management Of Construction Project

At present, the main characteristics of China’s economic development issustained growth and the rapid growth of speed. In the economic environment, theconstruction industry has got the good development opportunity, and is playing anincreasingly important role in the national economy. The process of development inthe construction industry, also gradually reveals some problems, these problems willbe solved step by step, and the most important issue is to solve the specification andmanagement of project participants behavior, only the strict norms and managementof project participants behavior can do to control the efficient and orderly constructionmarket. Universal and mature project contract mode is the bidding of constructionproject, the measurements has to be tested scientific and reasonable enough.The mainreason is the project contract mode can do to ensure the quality of the constructionengineering project, the maximum increase economic benefit and reduce theengineering cost. In order to make the project successfully completed, in theimplementation of contract for construction project must do the bidding work.But inthe bidding is still faced with many problems and the insufficiency, this phenomenonis caused by many aspects.For example: Construction enterprises lack the ability ofbidding strategies for the bidding is not comprehensive enough, the constructionmarket is non-standard and lack of competitiveness.Therefore, the bidding of construction engineering project management as themain research object, discuss how to promote the activities of bid invitation forconstruction engineering project, which is the purpose of this article.This paper using case study method and combining an empirical analysis thebidding of construction project examples of the City Agricultural TechnologyExtension Station, puts forward the bidding process in the presence of construction project in our country, puts forward the bidding strategy, management measures.This article start from tender management level of view, analysis of the currentengineering construction inviting and bidding management in adverse situationaccording to the strategic guidance of sustainable development put forwardcorresponding countermeasures, aiming to improve the overall level of constructionproject bidding and bidding management, provide the scientific method andexperience can be used for reference.
