The Research Of The Construction Of Legal System In Chinese Innovation Of Social Management

The innovation of social management is imminent in China. In the process of social problem solving in our society in transformation period of society and the construction of legal system, management should be a mutual influence and promote each other. To perfect the legal system has a great benefit to the innovation of social management.Firstly, the paper ensures the definition of social management. The paper consists of the new public management theory,"reinventing government" theory, the theory of civil society,"whole of government" theory and the new public service theory, since the nineteen seventies of the social management theory are briefly introduced, and analyzed the reason and significance of proposed our country social management innovation. Drawn from the administrative system reform should be deepened, law enforcement needs to be improved, lack of social groups, blow duty crime dysplasia, the news media lack of outstanding problems existing in social management process credibility and occupation ethics, government and mass communication channel is not smooth, in six aspects.
