From the nation, the real state housing consumers themselves, the real estate markets and other aspects, part two makes analysis and demonstration on the manifestations of the infringement of commercial housing consumers’right-to-know as well as the reasons for the manifestations.In the third part, the thesis holds respective analysis on the imperfections of legislation protection, administrative protection, judicial protection and social protection.
