This article through to Xu, Humou, Yang et al. Defiance and affray crime the case analysis, to compare the common crime accomplice accomplice under duress and the similarities and differences in the judicial practice, with period can accurately grasp, is conducive to the case of the suspects for accurate classification.The main content of this paper is divided into four parts:The first part:presentation of a case.
