The Criminal Law, article269, committed theft, Fraud and Snatch Crime, for harboring stolen property, resist arrest or destroy criminal evidence on the spot use of violence or threat of violence to robbery punished; The offence of transformational robbery has been a controversial and special modality of the offence of robbery.In the offence of transformational robbery, the behavior who has occupied illegally and purposely. The objective conditions:"implementing violence or threat of violence on the spot," about "the extent of violence or threat of violence", the paper points out that it can be more light than ordinary robbery. Based on the analysis of three cases of transformed robbery prerequisite for spot use minor injuries due to violence, serious injury or death situation for the qualitative and burglaries harboring stolen property, resist arrest or destroy criminal evidence on the spot use of violence or threat of violence constitutes an aggravating circumstance in robbery Burglary.This paper is divided five parts. Part one:survey of the offence of transformational robbery.Part two:the case are the identification of the elements of transforming robbery.Part three:we will give a deep research in related to criminal pattern. As far as the undone-pattern is concerned. the undone-pattern which the action of theft、fraud、forceful taking place.Part four:the joint crime of transforming robbery, two or more persons jointly conduct a theft, fraud and rob.As far as the undone-pattern is concerned, this thesis points out that three kind of pre-action merely appears at the undone-pattern, while preparation and abeyance period on the contrary. With regard to joint offence, this thesis will do researches basing on plan beforehand、assistance under knowing and over-operating.
