Intentional Injury Cases Causal Relationships Involved In Factor Analysis

For the analysis of intentional injury cases of causality in the intervening factors, different scholars have different views, different countries and regions have different r egulations. To solve the knotty problem of causality in cases of intentional injury fact ors involved in the judicial practice in China encountered, by studying others based on the causal relationship in the factor analysis theory and the achievement, the intention al injury cases of causality in the intervening factors on their own point of view. The f ull text is divided into four parts:the first part introduces the two case, and then throu gh the two cases related facts and court different contrast, focus disputed in the case, t he legal analysis and issues related to the case. In cases of intentional injury of interve ning factors, analysis of behavior from the crime of intentional injury and death cause d by negligence crime’s angle to the case in human behavior, and puts forward that rel ationship on damage behavior and harm result in criminal law in our country. The sec ond part is the intentional injury cases of causality in the intervening factors discussio n on classification, identification and intervention of the type described. The third part is to deliberately hurt the correct application of specific proposals causal factors invol ved in the case, the article classified on the intentional injury effect of judgment and t he factors involved in the intervening factors on the causal relationship is established, which makes the qualitative case more accurately, reduce disputes.
