The trustee has a very important position in legal relations of trust.The system of trustee is the core of trust also. The co-trustees system, as an inevitable outcome of the trustee system, should safeguard the development of the trust industry in China. But there are many shortcomings in reality for the co-trustees system. With the increasing development of today’s society trust business, and processing the trust affairs is becoming more and more complex, perfecting the trustee system is particularly important. The raising of the plur-trustees is an important step in the process of the trustee system perfection. Firstly, the paper discusses the definition around the contrast of co-trustees.The plur-trustees manage and dispose the trust property of a trustee as a common form in the same trust.Secondly, according to the characteristics of plur-trustees, the paper discusses the rights, obligations and responsibilities of plur-trustees. Finally, combining with foreign plur-trustees system, the paper analyses the necessity and feasibility of the plur-trustees system in China, and then provides some suggestions to construct the pul-trustees system, and then the paper puts forward some thoughts in the relationship between plur-trustees, responsibility,and termination responsibilities.
